Venice Galleries non richiede la creazione di un account, non traccia le persone e non integra SDK di terze parti. I preferiti e la lingua scelta restano salvati solo sul tuo dispositivo e non vengono mai inviati altrove. L'unica cosa che l'app invia sono le statistiche d'uso anonime descritte qui sotto.
Per capire come viene usata l'app, Venice Galleries conta quante volte viene aperta, quali schermate si guardano (compresa la galleria o la mostra aperta), quanto dura una visita, la lingua scelta e la versione di app e di iOS. Ogni installazione usa un identificativo casuale, generato dall'app, che non è collegato a te, al tuo nome, al tuo account o ad altri identificativi del dispositivo e non viene usato per tracciarti tra app o siti di altri.
I dati vengono inviati a un nostro servizio ospitato su Cloudflare e conservati in un database Neon in Unione Europea (Francoforte). Servono solo a migliorare l'app, non sono venduti né condivisi con terze parti per pubblicità. Puoi disattivarle in qualsiasi momento dalla pagina Informazioni dell'app (interruttore «Statistiche d'uso anonime»): da quel momento non viene inviato più nulla e l'identificativo e i dati ancora in attesa sul telefono vengono cancellati.
Posizione (solo durante l'uso). Serve esclusivamente a centrare la mappa sulla tua posizione e mostrarti le gallerie più vicine. Non viene registrata né trasmessa.
Calendario (solo scrittura). Usato unicamente quando scegli di aggiungere un evento al tuo calendario. L'app non legge né consulta gli eventi già presenti.
Le fotografie di gallerie, artisti e opere provengono in gran parte da Wikimedia Commons, distribuite con licenze Creative Commons; i relativi crediti sono indicati direttamente nelle schede dell'app. Alcune immagini sono fornite dalle gallerie stesse.
I contenuti dell'app (testi, dati e immagini) sono serviti tramite la rete Cloudflare come CDN. Cloudflare conserva i normali log di accesso standard per la sicurezza e l'affidabilità del servizio — Oltre a questo e alle statistiche d'uso anonime descritte sopra, Venice Galleries non aggiunge strumenti di analisi o di profilazione.
L'app è adatta a tutte le età (4+) e non raccoglie dati personali da nessun utente, minori compresi: le statistiche d'uso sono anonime e si possono spegnere.

Venice Galleries requires no account, does not track people, and integrates no third-party SDKs. Your favourites and chosen language are saved only on your device and are never sent anywhere else. The only thing the app sends is the anonymous usage statistics described below.
To understand how the app is used, Venice Galleries counts how often it is opened, which screens are viewed (including which gallery or exhibition is opened), how long a visit lasts, the chosen language, and the app and iOS versions. Each installation uses a random identifier generated by the app; it is not linked to you, your name, your account or any other device identifier, and it is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
The data is sent to a service of our own hosted on Cloudflare and stored in a Neon database in the European Union (Frankfurt). It is used only to improve the app and is neither sold nor shared with third parties for advertising. You can turn it off at any time from the About page of the app (the “Anonymous usage statistics” switch): from then on nothing is sent, and the identifier and any data still waiting on the phone are deleted.
Location (when in use). Used only to centre the map on your position and show nearby galleries. It is never recorded or transmitted.
Calendar (write-only). Used only when you choose to add an event to your calendar. The app never reads or browses your existing calendar entries.
Photographs of galleries, artists and artworks are largely sourced from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licences, with credits shown directly on the relevant screens in the app. Some images are supplied by the galleries themselves.
App content (text, data and images) is served over the Cloudflare network as a CDN. Cloudflare keeps standard access logs for the security and reliability of the service — Beyond that and the anonymous usage statistics described above, Venice Galleries adds no analytics or profiling tools.
The app is rated for all ages (4+) and does not collect personal data from any user, including children: usage statistics are anonymous and can be turned off.
Any updates will be published on this same page with a new effective date.
